A good torrent application would be Vuze. As far as viruses are concerned it’s not the sharing program that has a virus, it’s usually the music or movies that you download using it.

You get less files to download compared to Limewire, but in exchange you get a lot less files with viruses on them.

when it comes to free stuff nothing most reliable……ANYWAYZ here is what you can do, go to http://www.torrentz.com, here you will find list of torrents of your favorite movies or music(thousands of them), download the one one you need(it is a really small file in kbs). open it with a bit torrent client like limewire, u torrent etc( i use bicomet—and you can find the programs on google)……and your thing will be downloaded eventually.
before you downloaded any torrent you should check the comments first and make sure to download torrents from mininova.com or thepiratebay AND for the movies check out this site http://www.moviesmobile.net( 100% safe…not to worry), you will need IDM to download.
