To my knowledge there is some profanity used after the collision to make everything seem more realistic. It's almost impossible to find a movie, meant for adults without profanity.
From the top of my head here are some:

*when Jack (Leo DiCaprio) is accused of stealing the necklace, he yells 'this is horseshit'!

*when Mr. Andrews (Victor Garber) realizes that one of the crew men is not filling the boats to maximum capacity he says ...'now fill these boats goddamn you!'

*after one of men in the crows nest sees the iceberg, one says ...'smell ice can ya? bleedin' christ!'

* 'Dammit' was used numerous times. eg. when Rose (Kate Winslet) was trying to find help she says, 'Dammit' in the frustration and Mr. Ismay says 'when can we get in the way Dammit?!' when analyzing the ships damage with the Captain and the crew.

These words arnt too bad if you think about it. You would find these same words in the Simpsons so i think it would be alright for you too show you kids. Just make sure you let them know that those words arnt good too use. They will hear them sooner or later from their peers. It's better if they hear it with you so you can explain it to them.

I saw the movie when I was 5 years old in theaters- profanity, adult scenes, and all. I didn't get any bad ideas from this movie, start swearing because of it, or want to have sex because of it.

I don't think you should censor your children. They're gonna learn about this stuff anyways...at school, friend's houses, etc.
Why not be there when they learn about this stuff so you can explain your feelings on it and TALK to them about it instead of just trying to protect them from the inevitable?
