Musical Movies…for kids?? what are some?

Question by mommy2dw: Musical Movies…for kids?? what are some?
im looking for musical movies (such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang or Mary Poppins) I have the 2 stated already. My son loves musicals, but i would like to get some on DVD. These are for a 2 yr old..so nothing really far out. He does enjoy watching Frank Sinatra, also…but the black and white movies dont keep his attention for very long…so can you list any musical movies that you know of?

    try the movie Annie! i loved it when i was a kid and it is a great movie! i also found the wizard of oz, singin in the rain, blues clues big musical, and dora the explorer- dance with the music!

    I agree on Annie (the one where Albert Finney is Daddy Warbucks). Wow, I loved Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Possibly Willy Wonka or either Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the bright colors should fascinate him). The Wizard of Oz (some parts may be too scary). The Muppet Movie.

    Elmo in Grouchland. The songs in that movie are catchy.
