The Sound of Music, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Oklahoma, Oliver!, Singin' in the Rain, My Fair Lady, Sweeney Todd, The Wizard of Oz, Hairspray - and Sunset Boulevard was adapted from a film. There are also DVDs of a lot of Broadway musicals available - films of the actual show rather than a movie version - Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd (original production and in concert), Sunday in the Park With George, Putting It Together, Oklahoma (different version to the film), Passion, Follies (in concert), to mention a few. Plus, there isn't actually a movie version of the musical Les Mis - the film is non-musical. Same story though - the only DVD of the musical is the 10th Anniversary Concert.
